Meet Jack

Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Hello, my name is Jack — a warm welcome to you.

I’m a fully qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy to individuals aged 18 and over. Sessions are available in person in Kings Cross (WC1X 9DE) or online.

In addition to my private practice, I have several years of experience working in the charity sector, including within a community bereavement service. This has involved supporting clients through complex grief, loss, and a wide range of existential issues.

People have come to me for help with a range of issues these include Abuse, ADHD, anger, anxiety, autism, depression, difficult family dynamics, identity issues, life transitions, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and stress. If you're struggling with something I haven't mentioned, don't let that stop you from getting in touch. I'm not the pushy type, and if I genuinely feel I am not the best person to help you, I will let you know — and I may be able to point you in the right direction.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, facing a specific challenge or simply want a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions, I’m here to help you navigate the journey at a rhythm that works for you.

Jack,

Words will never be able to express how thankful I am for your help, support, and guidance throughout our time together.

When we started our relationship, I felt out of sync with the rest of the world. In one of the darkest periods of my life, your unconditional empathy, understanding, and kindness enabled me to better understand my experience of grief and loss, whilst also giving me hope for the future.

I really do consider myself lucky to have undertaken my first counselling experience with you, and I will never forget the positive impact you have had on my life. For that, I am eternally grateful.

Thank you again.

Hello Jack, well firstly, thanks for all your help. I really appreciated our time together. You gave me stuff to think about and held the space so I could explore and I think we did some pretty good work. It was tough, I came to realise growth is never smooth or easy, but I feel like I understand myself better now, so thanks for enabling that. Whoever you see will be lucky to have you as a counsellor.

Book a free 20 min chat

Finding the right therapist and reaching out for support can feel extremely daunting — believe me, I know! Please feel free to get in touch to arrange a free, informal 20-minute chat.

During this conversation, we can explore what has brought you to this point and what you’re hoping to get from therapy. I’m happy to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have. This is an opportunity for you to get a sense of who I am and what working together might be like.

After our call, there’s no obligation or pressure to proceed — you’re welcome to contact me again if and when you feel ready to begin your therapy sessions.
